Your Responsibilities

Tasks of a Customer Success Manager

  1. Scheduling and performing meetings with our customers.
  2. Onboarding our newly acquired advertisers (landlords) within your assigned region.
  3. Educating our customers on using the Housing Anywhere platform to make them successful with our product.
  4. Building & maintaining strong relationships with our advertisers, while supporting them on the platform.
  5. Depending on performance, you will get the chance to arrange personal meetings and go on business trips within your country of focus.
  1. Cold Calling: Generate new leads, prospect and qualify them into accounts
  2. Listing creation & optimization of the current inventory
  3. Translation
  4. Other tasks that could help improving the start-up
